Our Bolasto® integral foam systems are high-quality polyurethane foam systems used for diverse applications in the automobile, furniture and leisure industry as well as in medical technology. The characteristic property of this type of polyurethane is a highly flexible and tear-resistant outer shell with a softer, cellular core. Different applications call for numerous specific requirements. As a highly flexible, solution-oriented PUR system manufacturer, we offer you innovative products in this area as well which are certified according to diverse flame retardant standards such as FMVSS 302, DIN 5510, EN 45545 or BS 5852 crib 5. Applications and properties
Bolasto® integral foam systems are used in many different areas of application. Whether as a low-emissions variant in a vehicle’s interior (steering wheel, gear knob, armrests), as a viscoelastic version in seat and backrest padding for office chairs or as a highly flexible upholstery element in carnival rides.
